For those keeping score at home, ICE has no authority to detain U.S. citizens for any reason. It is NOT a law enforcement agency, it is an immigration enforcement agency. U.S. immigration laws are CIVIL code, not criminal code. Technically, ICE agents shouldn't even be allowed to carry weapons.
