Honestly, AFAIK when they throw up "[Person] will Remember This" it usually means the choice was barely consequential and you won't notice what changed.

I feel like to really enjoy Outer Worlds you have to be in that sort of early Fallout, Saints Row-esque frame of mind where shit is supposed to be kind of stupid and sarcastic and not very serious but not quite "High On Life" unserious.
