fresh chopped herbs after I flatten it but before I roll it up. What happens if I roll it tighter or more loosely? What happens on an aluminum baking sheet instead of the glass pan I used. I also see it as a nice vehicle for me to start using up some of the many spice mixes cluttering my cabinets.

once you unroll The meat sheet you can toss it back in the oven or broil or whatever to make it nice and crispy. Oh and I think you're supposed to put a little oil in when you're blending it but I feel like my pork was fatty enough. Anyway I will definitely use more salt next time.

, Peel off the top layer and then fold up and up a few inches making kind of a flat roll. Do a few of these and bake them at 400 for like 20-25 minutes, draining off liquid halfway through If you remember to. It unrolls into like gyro meat! I'm guessing you could use almost any flavor profile.
