Some people prefer fasted workouts to force their body to burn what's already in storage than adding more. Usually goes along with some sort of planned period of fasting that you want to extend through a workout.

Your body will allocate energy when you need it. On a routine. Caffeine helps, but proper hydration before bed helps a lot to feel ready from bed.
Morning workouts are all about routine. You're training yourself save energy to dump early in the morning and replenish throughout the day.

What we do to damaged people, we take the symptoms of their damage as ill will against society.
Really it's society's ill will against the damaged. They can not heal with so much new trauma.
