TOPA has been in place for some time in DC. One obstacle to implantation has always been the limited capacity of groups that can organize tenants and help them muster financing in workable timelines. But it’s a great policy.

This fits my dietary regimen as well. I highly recommend pretzels, spicy Indian snack mixes, and the frozen chipwich thingies from Trader Joe’s. These are good combinations for good dreams.

I don't think she was! I sometimes totally miss artists until the next year (especially albums released late in the year), because I am also slavish about the calendar year for this project.
