I mean the Miller trade, not the giving the draft pick up. I was a big fan of them giving up that pick instead of this season's. I thought it would've been way worse already this season.

Uncap the House then or give voting power proportional to population of the district. Having a small state "block" in the Senate and a capped House just doubles it up.
