Station Wagons weren't great to drive. I learned to drive on an 87 leSabre wagon and it was like driving a boat, it fish tailed in the snow. These people don't actually drive day to day, so no wonder Duffy is nostalgic for his mom's car.

In truth, neither were complete and merely shifted the problem down the road. I chose de-Stalinification because it was a case of the state imposing it on itself rather than being imposed on it via occupying powers.
