despite all that, the 1st Cir. Court of appeals cherry picked evidence & denied my family&the public a right to a jury trial! They’re about letting officers kill w/impunity. Shame on them! To allow officers to continue to use excessive force with zero consequences puts US ALL in DANGER! #WakeUp

Couple problems here. First, Carnes (and many other judges/justices) assume law enforcement officers and other government officials are actually reading the cases that clearly establish the law for qualified immunity purposes-when they most certainly are not. lawreview.uchicago.edu/sites/defaul...
