This drink does not taste like you’d expect. I would like to play with other kinds of bitters and maybe making it with rye.

Second one needs a name:
2 oz bourbon
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz apple cider
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
2 dashes orange bitters

Stir and pour into a coupe. Garnish with Thyme sprig.

First is a Negroni Sour:
1.5 oz dry gin
.75 oz campari
.75 oz sweet vermouth
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz simple
1 large egg white

Dry shake, then shake with ice.
