No, actually, long COVID made me violently ill any time I exerted myself and I spent months in a cycle of crashes. Also my immune system was decimated even further.
I didn’t take a vacation, I had to save my own life.

Yep to all of this. All of it. And we are not supposed to be sad or grieve for the potential life we could have had because we “chose” to isolate/work remotely/mask/etc/etc. I’m so damn exhausted.
