To anyone nervous about going to the gym: when I see a newbie walk in, the most I think about them is “good for them!”

I’m too focused on what I’m doing to pay any more attention. And if someone has time to judge you at the gym, they’re probably not as locked in as they think they are. 🤷‍♀️
