So I'm gonna try reminding myself of the positives before I decide to shitpost or fuck off again.

I got my eyes fixed and pulled off getting my driver license last week.

This final month of 2025 may be ass, but at least I'm more of an adult today than I was in January? 😅

2025 has ramped up my depression and anxiety in ways I couldn't begin to imagine this time last year. Heavily reducing the screen time and taking extended social media breaks has helped to some degree, but avoidance isn't always "self-care".

Sometimes, it's self-sabotage.
