I have mixed feelings this New Year. I’m sober, no more crazy anxiety. I’m thankful I’m going into 2025 with a clear mind. I will not be watching the news anymore and I haven’t in months. I am terrified for the people in this country. But BALANCE is key. That’s my goal.
