I'd also say try to accept that you might get it wrong occasionally, I remember getting in my head about it and thinking it meant that my new name was fake in some way... but Juno fits like a glove now

for me it was mostly time, but getting all of my documents updated everywhere really helped (and once Google lets me change my email address I can forget it completely)
