A reduction in federal government's contribution to the health care economy has to be made up by increasing insurance premiiums and out-of-pocket costs for patients, in combination with reductions in health care (closure of rural hospitals).

2/ First up, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) is standing up for science. The AAP is suing HHS Sec. RFK Jr., arguing that his vaccine advisory panel (ACIP) should be dissolved. The lawsuit also seeks to overturn the panel’s recent decisions.

I do think this is a point of radicalization because a lot of angry, angry normal people were ready to dig in and suffer a lot in order to make fascists suffer a little, and their resolution was sold out and made into a mockery
