Long story short, there's no safe harbor. Funds cannot keep actual cash because of the risk of bank default so they must hold in liquid assets like treasuries. Those are now sinking in value. Stocks are crashing. Commodities are crashing. Even gold price is sinking. There's nowhere to run.
