Haven't gotten to the DQ remakes yet, but that SO remake was fantastic and they really nailed it. As much as the old manga style for character portraits charmed me I really enjoyed the new versions they did, I just wish a few more emotion faces were used.

I think the scene where the damn TVs come apart and reveal a mancubus actually scared the hell out of me the first time I played it. Some of the jump scares shouldn't have worked as well as they did.
