Timing the market isn’t a strategy to get rich. But, that doesn’t mean that “buy into every market no matter how unsustainable it starts to feel” is the only alternative.

I wonder if the “buy and hold” advice has been overemphasized. If you’re pretty sure the market is way overvalued, why not move a chunk of money away from stocks (or at least stop buying more) and wait for the crash? Even if you are one or two years premature, likely to still come out ahead.
