That MWS album is hardwired in my brain. It was such a fixture of my childhood Christmases. Every year the day after thanksgiving I put it on and mystify my kids by knowing all the words.

We keep ours around 62-63 and also wear warm clothes.

Ah that’s a good question, we didn’t buy a house until 2017. And the taxes did go up steadily until two years ago.

This would backfire in my county though because our taxes have gone down. On the other hand the state just took over one of our biggest schools districts. So there’s that.

Interestingly I just recently found out the real life usage of the word stormtroopers. Apparently it was a new addition in the 1945 edition of the dictionary we inherited from my husband’s grandfather. I knew Lucas borrowed a lot of symbolism but somehow how missed that particular one.

I can see the Nextdoor posts now. “Have you seen that demonic flag that house is flying?” 😂🫠

The botanic garden near us is a popular spot for Quinceañera photos. My young daughter always exclaims “Look mommy, a princess!” It’s always fun to watch the girls overhear it.

But these are the same people who will tell you that one bad actor in the Republican Party doesn’t mean they’re all bad. Wow. Also I feel like Angela Paxton has other things she needs to worry about.
