Met the most adorable 16 year old foraging for beech nuts along a closed section of the Sligo Creek Parkway this morning. 🥹 They kindly answered my questions and told me about their dehydrator and homemade acorn bread. The kids are alright, actually.

Damn. I’m glad he’s doing what’s best for himself and his future, but as a fan, this is a big bummer.

Damn. I’m glad he’s doing what’s best for himself and his future, but as a fan, this is a big bummer.
Didn’t get a pic of the bus, but the BART subway cars are gorgeous and new with tons of space and open gangways. The cable car is touristy but a fun crosstown ride. And the driverless Waymo cars are disconcerting, but quite efficient and safe-seeming.
