I think it is time for a rethinking of how we spend money. Let's give things value. Think not of the raw cost, of who can bring it cheaper, but instead value in terms of who provides better for the workers (throughout the supply chain), of effect on the environment, of return to the community.

I’m still sickened by how people I thought I knew were racist/ evil/ gullible/ ignorant enough to vote for T.
In my youth different political opinions could at least interact and reach compromise that lead to us making the country better, closer to the ideals envisioned in its inception.
