It’s a cold and blustery Sunday, and I had half a radicchio in the fridge from a risotto last week, so Sunday dinner was @nigella.bsky.social’s Ventian Stew (served on polenta). As always, it was delightful.

Honestly, one of the things I like most about this story is not that he's a fifteen year-old with a sense of style, but that he decided to let the mystery linger, turned his Insta private, and waited, rather than immediately trying to cash in and get sponsorships and a reality series by week's end.
