I'm curious why the proposed #hamont tax budget has 'corporate financials' increasing by $32.5m. Also, why are non-program revenues decreasing by $3.65m (is the prov. clawing all of that revenue back for itself?)? Expenses are $2.3b and revenues are $0.9m.
