Illinois state officials have given rental car companies official notice that immigration enforcement agents using their vehicles are not allowed to swap the rental’s assigned license plates for other plates to disguise the vehicles, and if they do, the companies could be held liable.

I want us to hang on to the fact that the people who were murdered were just civilians out in boats, most likely fishermen, who had never even heard the sketchy conclusions of American officials for which they were executed, much less had a chance to defend themselves.

The Trump admin wants access to a drivers’ license computer network used by law enforcement agencies. This would allow Homeland Security/ICE to bypass the states for these records, as well as violate your privacy. Some Dem states are fighting this!
