Getting spam calls all day every day. Is there any way to stop this?

I have to give credit where due: Xfinity made some upgrades in my area recently and I just installed their new router — a free upgrade.
These are speeds from WiFi a floor down and regular copper connection (not fiber). Previously uploads were capped at 40Mbps. This is a huge improvement.
