It must be frustrating to prepare arguments for a Court so clearly politicized and so absolutely unlikely to be swayed one way or another by whatever you present or by however you respond to the panel's questions. Instructions have been passed to that majority directly or obliquely. Corrupt.

2/2 ... DT's Pardon" then impeachment would be the only remedy. The opinion forecloses any inquiry on the use or request or outcome of an official act even if suspected as criminal. The State is limited to extrinsic facts to prove the official act was corrupt . Pardons are official acts.

By whom? Last member of the House I remember compiling Articles (can't remember the name) withdrew them at Jeffries' request, not because of a Johnson block. Doesn't matter if they are blocked IMHO. The resolution should be advanced for the purpose of record of harm it creates.

In fact they don't care. They care for themselves - - not even for the group - - and their power and influence for their own benefit over whom they would concede to be a greedy, self-centered and frequently deluded king with extremely limited real intelligence despite strong instincts towards grift.

Could be. So when will we do Somalia, Mexico, Vietnam (again), China, Poland, Armenia, ..... not much of a tactic. Venezuela is about graft and grift from oil, rare earth minerals and corrupt locals making payoffs. Deporting people back to that country is just bonus points for Miller

Just file the articles of impeachment. Oversight is bullshit. They have oversight of ICE, can't even gain access to the detention centers even though mandated by law and ICE are amateurs compared to the Pentagon and Dept of Defense.

The J6ers were a different calculus I expect. It was a gesture to ensure donations from far right big money sources. Keep in mind DT and his family scrape off the top of all political/ legal fund donations by hosting and charging for events at their facilities and more (crypto, merch, deals etc).

If DT is willing to pardon Hermandez, he'll have no problem issuing pardons to Hegseth and the chain of command responsible for the orders. And he will. That's why there must be one member of the House willing to start articles of impeachment against Hegseth and DT now. Plant the flag.

I like your stuff Prof. Reich and agree with your observations on income inequality. But I expect tens of thousands of companies pay their executives more than they pay in taxes, particularly small businesses and start ups struggling for revenues.

BRAVO! Who wouldn't support these guys and their country? Only a corrupt sell-out to the Kremlin of not just the Ukraine but of all of our European allies and friends. This cannot be allowed. The sacrifices we have made over two world wars and the millions who died cannot have been in vain.
