I’m afraid i dont - it’s really unclear whether time with different types of leave will count, and how the work requirements will work for people whose main purpose in the UK is not work. Trying to find out & will share more

Here's who this *might* exclude from settlement:
- a parent caring for small children who can't juggle work & volunteering
- someone who lost their job in the pandemic & received support temporarily
- a family that became street homeless and needed to be temporarily housed by the council

To qualify, people will also have to
- be in work and make NiCs contributions
- never have claimed a penny in benefits
- have a clean criminal record
- speak English to a high standard
- volunteer in the community

If they "contribute", they might be able to settle faster
