Yes, at least in Spain they are allowed for industrial use.
I bought a couple of them in a thrift store in case some day I make a light box.

I always thought how bad some AI companies (small ones) will do when the AI bubble burst, but I didn't know how many software companies are shoving AI into projects that don't need it.
They are fuelling the AI hype and probably they will make losses in the long term. #EconSky

I find pretty funny how Avalonia uses ICommand in .NET to enable and disable buttons in the user interface. It works like some commands in "programmable" test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.) sent by GPIB to avoid anyone controlling the device while in remote/batch usage :-)

There is a small typo on the website. Not a big thing, but it bothers me :-)

Sometimes I think to ditch the smartphone and replace it with a dumb phone and one of those mini laptops.
They are on the expensive side right now, but someday maybe not that much...

PSA: If you have some old German-made car, you can use nail polish to isolate _temporally_ those rotting wire insulators made from organic compounds.
Btw shout out to mid-2000s BMWs for at least shutting down the light instead of blowing the fuse when it detects a short circuit.

I would personally pick the Diesel version of the Seat Málaga: Pricy, underpowered, boring handling, high on weight, unreliable, and not great on fuel.
Also, it's shaped like when you were asked to draw a car when you were 3 years old :)

If they sold something like the VW e-up! at that price (after some helps/grants), it would sell like hot cakes.
The e-Up! and its siblings didn't sell well due to lack of advertising, high prices, low mileage (like most EVs of those times), and consumers not adapted to EVs existing, unlike now.

How many of you know VW did a e-UP and a e-Golf? Their electric versions of "normal" cars were really well, and pretty reliable AFAIK, but did not perform that well because they were made to avoid those files, they even weren't advertised.
They were a bit low on mileage, but cheap for their times.

Life line? They started too late to electrification and now they don't want to face the consequences.
Renault bet to electric cars with the Twizy, the Zoe, and then the Clio years ago, and they are doing fine now with the R5. Others just done it just to avoid fines and now are getting bad results.
