This likely isn't an exact location, but, E-2D operating off the coast of Caracas, Venezuela.
We're seeing it, so likely a show of force/pressure tactic, but, this is the kind of aircraft you would see in preparation of and during a strike.

This is objectively good. Obviously with so many unreliable narrators in this saga, it's hard not to be cynical. Some of those who won't be mentioned, who are instrumental to this happening; regular Israeli's who protested Netanyahu, the enduring spirit of regular Gazans, the freedom flotilla.
