Blue governor
Blue legislator
Blue mayor
Blue region

…and yet, transit cuts.

“Vote blue no matter who” is a truly braindead political strategy if you care about cities and urbanism.
Go to trimet.org/servicecuts to learn more about the service cuts, share your feedback this month and help us shape the future of our transit service. The survey closes Jan. 31.
Planned Bus and MAX Service Cuts
Due to a growing budget gap, we must cut some TriMet service starting in November 2025.

I cannot overstate how important it is to engage with this process and have your voice heard.

While it may feel like these decisions have already been made and there's little any one individual could do to change course, having your feedback recorded in this process is SO important.

new 4th ave...
bike lane? ❌
perpendicular parking ✅

if you design it to allow a vehicle to drive onto it, a vehicle WILL drive onto it. @bikeportland.org @jonathanmaus.bsky.social @pbotinfo.bsky.social

If the transportation funding bill is repealed - which looks likely, given the number of signatures the state Republicans have submitted - there will be more road failures, with fewer state resources to respond, and Oregon's communities and local businesses will be the ones that suffer for it.

I don’t want to hear anymore “Portland is dying” narrative or vague complaints about “ANTIFA” as the clarion call for action in the city. All of that led to Trump targeting us. Groups like People for Portland, associated right-wing media ecosystem, and political opportunists own this.

Jordan came through and I got to join the ride! It was so much fun. Thank you @jordandt.com and the incredible bike community for responding so quickly.

If you're trying to convince me to buy a bike...it's kinda working ngl
