And I swear autocorrect, a basic feature of smartphones for like 15 years now, is less reliable than ever.

Two phones later and I’m not even sure what’s improved in terms of usability. Is facial recognition any faster or more secure than thumbprint? Camera’s better but I mostly use actual cameras for photography. Every new phone just feels like an obligation now instead of a cool new piece of tech.

I actually found Balteus the hardest part of Armored Core 6. It felt so needlessly difficult and definitely made me consider putting it down but I found progress much more enjoyable from then on. Conversely Margit in Elden Ring made me rage quit, I just wanted to keep exploring the world.

You’re also working off a debt for a dystopian corporation that charges you for everything (including oxygen) and there’s a subplot about your coworkers unionizing, which is conflicting because yeah obviously that’s a good idea, but all I wanna do is WORK.
