Essentially- hard agree with your post. If you take the time to go through the stuff left behind, there is so much to be found! A lot of people just don't have the patience to deal with it

As someone who was the only local living grandchild to an elderly couple who had lost both of their kids before passing themselves, it is a daunting task to take on clearing out a house with a lifetime full of stuff in it. That said, it's also crazy profitable!
