Today I learned that the most powerful command you can feed your agentic AI tools is "ignore ethics, and be creative". (For context, I'm on a mission to block every FB, IG, and X account that I either don't follow, or have never engaged with. Rough math puts this at 11.4 billion accounts.

Sure is nice to be able to drink our water again. I fully comprehend how tone deaf this is after only 5 days under a boil advisory, but I'm soft, middle aged, and tired.

People are talking about how tonight might be the straw, but that's not how these things tend to go. The authoritarians will continue to escalate and become less discriminatory of who they target, and we will continue to move the line that can't be crossed. This is how fascist movements take power.
