I know most followers are here for posts about one type of thing (not all the same mind you), but I'm complex damnit.
Any chance we'll get a choice?

Last board is up.

It's cold out in the garage.

Guess I should have turned the bikes straight to show off the multiboards more...

Need to hang one more for the 4th bike, and I've got some labels to make...

But bicycle corner of the garage is getting organized.

I've also got a few of these, deleting the existing supports and replacing then with organic, and a petg/pla interface layer makes everything come apart really nice.

(Use some shock cord to make a loop and you can store it right on a bottle).

Multi material isn't an issue for me (5 print heads! And only one of them broken!)

I've done pla multiboards with a petg divider many times.

Though organic supports and petg interface later should hold the keychain up nicely.

I stopped at 56 on the XL... (360^3)

Though slicer says I could fit 113...

And I suspect I could stack them with a layer of petg between prints of I really wanted to go crazy (week long print? Maybe.) but I could also just print 56 more when I run out of these.

Chickens came out of the coop, wife rewarded their braver with some corn on the cob, and an apple (not photographed)

If there is only 1 thing to learn from the success of Thanksgiving, it's that holidays should be on Tuesdays or Thursdays and we should just get the Monday/Friday off just because.

Maybe even try out a few Wednesday holidays where we get Thursday and Friday off just because.

My wife went out to check on them and moved some food into the coop.

Chickens came out to see what my wife was up to, but far more interesting is the dog trying to teach the chickens how to play in the snow.

Results are in, they decided they aren't going outside today.

Getting ready to see how chickens react to their first snow fall.

Better chart.

Blue is pre-windows update
Orange is after windows update.

Obviously when I get some data with the new windows when it's really cold the regression lines might change.

Heating degree days (68°f) in the blue bars and left axis.
Furnace runtime in the yellow line and right axis.

There are other factors like solar gain (I have a year worth of solar panel data I could try to match up), if we were home (thermostat drops when we aren't), doors open, etc.

I think this is the first real rain the chickens have been in their new coop, I think they like the covered run.

1 chicken still outside working on the seed bell they got as a coop warning present, rest have moved into the coop for the night to partake in their favorite hobby, blocking the camera.

I assume much snapping ensued.

Chickens getting some percussion practice in. (Sounds on)

You start with masking tape, and when that's not enough you move to the duct tape, painters tape hasn't been invented yet... In a bind you could use Scotch tape (that was before we knew better and changed it to "transparent one sided tape", but all tape was one sided back then)

Do you think they could be Wile E. Coyote'd into taking down some of the sidewalk fences?

Seems like property destruction is inevitable, but if that power can be harnessed and directed...

They also reveal how bad and poorly spelled his "advice" was.

Pretty sure 80-90% of the people reading this would offer better advice* (unless this blows up, then I don't know you people, but I'll still go at least 50%).

It's AI slop in ad form...

The longer you look the worse it gets.

Pretty sure she doesn't approve of anything dog related.
