I use the backs of envelopes, the last box of dot matrix paper roll I've had since the 90s, scrap paper, and I make my own word cards using JPN binder rings and JPN quad index cards (Connect brand is the best). I also use two Red & Black A4 notebooks from 2007 with large rubber bands collected from
