So many adorable pics of cats and dogs and little lambies. So little understanding that every pig, every sheep, every cow, every chicken, every fish is a complex sentient being with awareness and emotions, just as deserving of life and happiness as your pet.

A glorious morning for a run. 37K with 4 x 5K at marathon pace (1K recovery). The highlight was during the third rep when it was tough going, The Sisters of Mercy’s cover of Jolene by Dolly Parton came on the playlist. I wasn’t expecting that and it was excellent! :-)
