I hope this plan to punish developers for failing to build out sites works. My worry is that it could result in developers bringing forward fewer and smaller schemes, only willing to commit to what they're sure they can deliver.

Unfinished housing sites may be taken off developers under new rules
The plans form part of a drive to boost housebuilding in England to 1.5 million new homes by 2029.

I’ve been reading a lot of contemporary novels recently and I’m now in the mood to read something 19th century. I’ve read a fair few of the classics so I’d love to know if anyone has any lesser known favourites?
Mine would be Balzac’s Cousin Bette

Does anyone have any suggestions of a good reasonably priced restaurant for a group dinner in Koln (Cologne)? 20th or 21st century architecture or design would be a bonus

Nando's has a 32,000 piece collection of South African art that it displays in its restaurants around the world.

It's rare to find such a positive corporate story, but the artists I spoke to who sell work every few months to the chain said it was a big reason they could be full-time artists
