The UK Railways Bill going through the House of Commons today does nothing to address the decades of underfunding of Welsh railways.

Plaid Cymru is clear: Welsh rail should be in Welsh hands.

It’s time to end this injustice and devolve rail to Wales.

🚨Labour's Budget isn't easing the cost-of-living crunch in #Wales

A Plaid Cymru government will:
👉create better paid jobs
👉expand free childcare + support families
👉push the UK government to tax extreme wealth and allow us to profit from our own natural resources

🗳Vote Plaid Cymru - 7 May 2026

If passed as is, Labour's Welsh Budget would be disastrous for our public services - and could lead to *double figure* Council Tax increases or thousands of job cuts. 🤯

Plaid Cymru is ready to get Wales out of the hole made by Labour, to protect our public services
December 3, 2025 at 6:09 AM
This budget, as it stands, will hit public services hard.

Plaid Cymru would never allow councils to face 1000s of job losses, sky-rocketing council tax, nor the NHS receiving a historically low funding increase.

Plaid Cymru is ready to step up. The real question is: is Labour?

After 26 years of Labour failure, our economy is struggling.

Plaid Cymru has real plans to give our young people the skills they need to thrive, and to create well-paying jobs.

Only Plaid Cymru offers new leadership for Wales' economy.

Labour promised change, but this week's budget proves Wales is still being short-changed by Westminster.

Only Plaid Cymru stands up for Wales.

New data shows that Labour has abandoned communities in Wales.

Of the 50 most deprived communities, almost half have been there for 20 years.

Only Plaid Cymru has real plans to lift families out poverty.

Tax the super rich.

Nothing in Labour’s Budget changes the fundamental unfairness facing Wales.

Labour has given up on Wales.

Plaid Cymru is the only party standing up for our communities, demanding the fairness and ambition that Wales needs and deserves 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Wales was promised that things would improve under Labour’s ‘partnership in power’.

But Wales still hasn’t received the billions owed from HS2, no control over our natural resources, and hit hardest by Labour’s taxes.

In today’s Budget, Plaid Cymru is calling for fairness 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

A decidedly disturbing historical parallel…
November 24, 2025 at 8:04 PM
Wales has lost out on billions of £ from Labour’s unfair spending decision 😏

Plaid Cymru calls on the Chancellor to deliver a budget that works for Wales.

This includes £4BN from HS2, a halt to damaging taxes on family businesses and farms, and action on high energy bills.

Nathan Gill, former leader of Reform UK in Wales, has now been sentenced to ten and a half years prison for accepting bribes from Russia.

It is right that representatives who break the law and undermine Welsh interests in this way face the consequences of their actions.

Labour have given up on Wales.

Plaid Cymru's demands of the UK Government's Autumn Statement are clear - we need a budget that delivers for Wales.

Meanwhile, the Labour Welsh Government have rejected our calls. They've truly given up.

Only Plaid Cymru stands up for our communities. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿💚

🚨 While Scotland and Northern Ireland get billions to compensate for rail spending in England, Labour have deleted Plaid Cymru's calls for Wales to receive our fair share!

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 It's clear: Plaid Cymru is the only party that will stand up for our nation and fight for what our communities deserve.

Labour have given up on standing up for Wales.

Only Plaid Cymru fights for what Wales is owed - from the billions of HS2 cash to powers over our natural resources.

Vote Plaid Cymru in 2026 for new leadership for Wales.

Reform's Trumpian style politics will lead to more division, more chaos, and privatisation of our NHS.

But Caerphilly showed we can stop them.

Help elect a Plaid Cymru government next May for hope, new leadership, to put Wales first and stop Reform: partyof.wales/join 💚

🌊 Westminster is clinging on to powers over Wales’ natural resources because it benefits from their wealth.

It’s time for our wealth to stay in our communities.

📣 Plaid Cymru is calling on the UK Government to devolve the Crown Estate to Wales in its upcoming Budget
November 16, 2025 at 8:54 PM
Labour promised a 'partnership in power' but all we've had is our needs ignored and billions of pounds in cash denied.

If elected next year, a Plaid Cymru government would never stop standing up for Wales and demanding the fairness we deserve.

Lest we forget

Starmer’s government is making working people pay the price - while the super-rich get away without paying their fair share.

💸 A 2% wealth tax on assets over £10m could raise £24bn for our schools, hospitals & communities.

It’s time for a fairer system ✊
