This does not surprise me. Originally we (our company) paid them to install FTTP, at considerable cost. It took three years, by which time we were about to retire. As a result they had to reduce the bill by a third, and as a by-product the whole village got access to fibre!

We have them as our 'failover' broadband. The setup went so disastrously badly that they paid us for the first few months...
