C and I have that too, but for me it's less of a "joke" than a "good and righteous evolutionary adaptation that refuses to acknowledge well-established words being used in counterintuitive and wrong ways, despite whatever also-ran definition appears in the dictionary in last place."

Oh, yes. The brand names are confounding. I thought XELJANZ was the most preposterous, but I think it's actually an improvement over its own generic name, TOFACITINIB, which is one of those words that just screams backwards (like "echidna"), or anagram (but isn't.)
