I pass my local Armed Services Recruiting Office, and am pleased by the fact that this is how the US Army is still advertising itself to prospective recruits.
I've received a response to my ethics complaint to the DC bar against Brett A. Shumate, the DoJ lawyer who defended Trump's Birthright Citizenship EO.
As I expected, their Office of Disciplinary Counsel declined to investigate, which is what I would do in their position for pragmatic reasons.
