David Bowie, as depicted on his album cover for "Golden Years." I removed the cigarette because hey, it's 2025 and we don't need those nasty things anymore. Yes, if you are keeping track, this is a rare male in my portfolio and a rare celebrity. However, an important thing to understand about me is that I, like Ziggy, am a shapeshifter and am ready to try some new source material. I think Joe Strummer or Jeff Buckley might be next if I decide to continue this theme.

Yes, this is a fun series.
Exotic trumpet lily in pink, white, and green in the background against dark green. Ascending from the trumpet of the lily is a dancer with a gossamer skirt. The dancer appears to be flying through the air as if out of the flower bloom.

A mischievous Faeiry is transcending a floral Portal while winking and blowing kisses. The flowers are Calla Lilies in bright yellow and orange against a sea of dirty blue. The fae has a light pinkish skin tone, an elaborate half-updo. The subject, which appears to have a prominent Adam's apple and gossamer wings, is either ascending or descending the floral portal. The subject uses their hand to cover their bare chest, using a flower to cover their mid and lower body, and they appear modest.

It's as if she sat down and then realized I was painting the chair. Another in my series of women crossed, on their own, may or may not be on a date, no ring, there may not be a second date, may be in the lounge in the women's room during event.

This sketchbook, which began with a beginner portrait class, has 10 of 80 pages left and quite a lot of incredible content. Not to mention the documentation of my own intermediate-level skill progression.

A conventionally attractive femme person with a face tattoo strikes a traditional 3/4 portrait pose. If her skin were coffee, it would be an oak milk latte. She has eyeliner, mascara, and deep red lipstick, along with other eye and contouring makeup. Her hair is auburn with yellow ochre highlights and burnt umber lowlights. Around her head are cumulus clouds like one might find on the American prairie on a humid day. Why her head is in the clouds is not explained, so it is left to the viewer to provide their own reality and explanation. It is also left to the appreciator of fine detail in fine art to determine the meaning behind the lone teardrop on her face. Is it a literal teardrop? Is it a face tattoo? Is the meaning to be her body count, as in the people she has killed, or some metaphor that is left to the viewer?

She might be someone you recognize, but I took liberties with hair colour and skin tones, so it is more of an invention than a capture of likeness.
