I've been using xt60 knock offs since 2019. Only problem I had was they once welded together when I connected them while the power was on 🤭. No issues with vibration or anything.

Yes. The bauxite gets shipped to NZ to be smelted as NZ has none. They have been smelting Australian bauxite for 50+ years, which is why I said it would be bad for NZ smelters if Australia started using solar to smelt the bauxite themselves instead of shipping to NZ.

Traditionally NZ was using their plentiful hydro power to smelt bauxite from Australia. If it makes more sense to smelt in Australia, the smelters in NZ will be idle.
