My first thought was that poor sleep probably also increases risks to the heart ( as well as more accidents etc. ) so the net result might be that it's still the better choice for some people. It's mentioned in the link.
“Worse insomnia, depression/anxiety or the use of other sleep-enhancing medicines might be linked to both melatonin use and heart risk,” Nnadi said. “Also, while the association we found raises safety concerns about the widely used supplement, our study cannot prove a direct cause-and-effect relationship. This means more research is needed to test melatonin’s safety for the heart.”

I also have an Antec SLK3700-BQE case from early 2K that houses my current daily driver. Had to switch out the PSU though as it was ATX 1.x so not enough 12V for modern systems.
The SLK3700-BQE. A tower case with 4 internal drive bays. The power supply it came with. Only 16A on 12V rail
