1 Turn in the weapon
2 Submit to a drug test
3 Do not leave the scene
4 Not have things taken out of his house.
That is what a person who made an honest mistake would do.

Unless & until some local jurisdiction fully investigates one of these rogue, murderous ICE agents, this will continue. Criminals like these will keep killing people until there's a price to pay for doing so.
