I had my daughter at 39, after all those years as an adult without parental responsibility. It was a shift I can tell you!
Who knew it could take 45 minutes from thinking: "I might pop down to the supermarket" to actually getting out the door?? 😂

Found two pronunciations- Ka HOON was one of them, and that would have been my guess. With Scottish and Irish words I go with the maxim "it's easier than it looks"

Thanks! We're not having family Christmas until 3rd Jan so lots of time to relax before then! Also my lovely son and his wife and child will be there for the first time (they live in Dunedin) so this year will be a wonderful time 😊

That's odd! It was close and now far away again. Looks like an issue on arrival in Christchurch. Have you looked at what's behind those two big blue buttons?

Yes I left out all the racist bs I also get, plus "that's what *they* want you to think" ... always a bit vague about who *they* are.
To be fair, all the tension at my family Christmas comes from one particular family member, but I really resent it (as you can tell 😂)
