Pre-pressure cooked to done!!
Only had standard chicken stock so had to water it down a little bit to balance out the thiCCCness and all dat salt.
Best part about leaving the bacon grease in is the dried split peas asorb all that fat and its so smooth and rich, filled with tiny pork chunks.
