Civil Rights, philosophy, anticapitalism, abolition. NLG forever.

Personal opinions and no legal advice. I think taking fascism seriously requires us to actively change. What we’ve been doing led to this.
At no time, ever, is it the elemental spirit of Law ruling anybody. The courthouse is not a magical site. A document can’t shoot someone. It’s just us here, guys. Just talking and believing stuff, some of which is very very stupid and transparently designed to make someone rich.

By this definition we’ve never had the rule of law, which is a fair way to look at it. There is no universal equal protection of the law. We’ve always had the rule of particular interests, as in people and organizations of people, and never rule by a universal, impersonal force that lives in books

Like when people say they are incompetent, at what exactly? They are succeeding at doing exactly what they wanted to do.

I mean I think the people who underestimated the fascists are the stupids in this equation. The fascists had a 60 year plan, they documented the last year of it very publicly, and they are successfully implementing all of it.

Our so-called opposition party can't afford to be cute or coy with what's happening here. It's not just naked corruption, it's ethnic cleansing, treason, atrocities, with naked corruption threaded through it.

Personally profiting from slave labor and torture.

The norms weren’t very good. Entrusting the fate of the planet to a privileged class of lawyers who promise to follow an honors system is not working out that great. It doesn’t need to be this way but as long as Blue Team Good is as left as the Marc Eliases of the world are willing to go, this is it
