Surprised the new World Cup ball isn’t a bigger story! Really think it’ll change up the game.

Love this setup screen in Helium browser, detailing the privacy differences between search engines. “Your personal data fuels its monopoly. Market-dominant due to anticompetitive and anti-consumer practices.” Obviously Google. "Subjectively overwhelming Ul” is funny, describing Bing.

Pleasantly surprised to find OmniWeb is still being worked on, in some form! It was so ahead of its time, and somehow still has some nice features most browsers lack, like visual tabs. omnistaging.omnigroup.com/omniweb/

Nintendo emailed me today and suggested I download a wallpaper featuring one of Mario’s nipples. #mario #marioNippleWatch

Probably the best banana I’ve ever drawn. Mario Paint is surprisingly great! There’s a lot of playfulness to the interface that must have influenced the wonderful Game Boy Camera.

People still see ‘Product Designer’ and think this

Went to a video games conference just down the road. Not the whole industry is doomed, it seems! #developBrighton

Don’t worry about Apple beta software. In 1998 this was in a Mac OS beta

Somehow it took me 20+ years of thinking Mac OS X’s dock magnification is cool to kind of replicate the effect on a website

The pinnacle of icon design, for me. Recognisable, aesthetically pleasing and a solid visual metaphor. Netscape Navigator, 2003.

Cool to see modern apps like ‘Twitter’ have the liquid glass effect applied to their app icons #ios26

If #iOS26 is going to go full visionOS with the translucent frosted glass look, surely it has to show something BEHIND that glass, just like on Vision Pro?

Oh. Nice they repaired/replaced this for free though… Anyone interested in buying a like-new Nintendo Switch?

Woah what an exciting time to receive a special parcel from Nintendo!

Seems the demo sites from #FigmaSites aren't so responsive they work at tiny sizes. Tiny bit embarrassing. It's no Framer or Webflow, but I’m sure it'll be useful for some people!

“Higher fidelity prototyping and maybe some kind of publish to web (compete with Framer?)”
Looks like my third #figjam in a row predicting this, it’ll finally come true!

Might have to get the latest in cutting edge video game hardware…

I love this video - it explains exactly what I’ve long tried to - the variety of football that makes it so different (and I think so much better) than most sports. #football #dataanalysis @tifofootball.bsky.social

I find out tragically funny that Nintendo gives pre-order priority to people who have shared all their data for advertising #NintendoSwitch2
