Yes, pku carriers may have had lower miscarriage rates from spoiled foods (mycotoxins) during epic famines, as a selective advantage... how pku is carried in the human genome of many all around the world, scientists have guessed.

Agree! Heading into apocalyptic political scenes IRL motivates me too, and I tell my daughters the same. Be fit, we can't really imagine what may be coming our way, and anyway, workouts boost all the right neurotransmitter hormones to keep us at our best!
